Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Memberships require a minimum 12-week commitment, with no early cancellation available.

  • Membership payments are processed through Algow, and additional surcharges may apply.

  • Normal cancellation policy and fees apply.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in the forfeiture of that scheduled treatment.

  • Treatments cannot be carried over, transferred, or exchanged for other services or products.

  • All treatments are to be used exclusively by the membership holder.

  • All treatments must be completed by 30 November 2025 — unused sessions will not be extended or refunded
